John Plyler, MD

Dr. John Plyler graduated from the Medical University of SC (MUSC) in Charleston, SC, in 1984.  He completed his neurology residency at MUSC in 1989 and stayed on as faculty for 2 years.  He joined Charleston Neurology in 1991.

Dr. Plyler is Board Certified in adult neurology with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with added qualifications in sleep medicine and subspecializes in neuromuscular disorders.

John Lucas, MD

Dr. John Lucas graduated from the Medical University of SC (MUSC) in Charleston, SC, in 1993.  He completed his neurology residency at the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) in 1998 in Richmond, VA, and immediately joined Charleston Neurology.

Dr. Lucas is Board Certified in adult neurology with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with added qualifications in neurophysiology and subspecializes in neuromuscular disorders.
